摘要：

目的: 评价可扩张套管下椎弓根内固定后路椎体间融合术(PLIF)治疗腰椎退变性疾病的临床疗效。方法: 前瞻性对比研究2010年9月至2011年10月采用可扩张套管下椎弓根内固定PLIF技术(微创组)和传统PLIF手术(传统组)治疗的腰椎退变性疾病患者(分别为12例和22例)的手术时间、出血量、术后引流量、术前、术后ODI评分和椎间融合率, 并对两组手术疗效进行评价。结果: 微创组与传统组比较, 术中出血量、术后引流量均明显减少(P<0.05);两组间椎间融合率无明显差异, 临床疗效满意。微创组术后康复时间明显短于传统组(P<0.05)。结论: 可扩张套管下椎弓根内固定后路椎体间融合术治疗腰椎退行性疾病, 具有切口小、出血少、软组织损伤轻以及术后恢复快等优点, 可取得与传统开放手术同样的疗效, 值得临床推广应用。
