摘要：

自发性脑出血是常见的临床急症之一。凝血酶是常用的局部速效止血药 ,近年来的研究表明 ,它是一种神经毒性介质。作者着重综述脑出血后凝血酶对脑组织和脑血管的毒性作用 ,并介绍了几种凝血酶抑制剂 ,以期在自发性脑出血的治疗方面提供新的途径。
