摘要：

急性脑梗死溶栓治疗的神经影像学研究提供了可视的客观依据。文章综述了急性脑梗死溶栓治疗的磁共振成像、经颅多普勒、CT和单光子发射计算机体层摄影对筛选溶栓病例、指导和评估溶栓治疗的作用,提出了溶栓治疗的发展方向。
