<正> 人工种子技术是一项新兴的植物生物技术,它在快速繁殖无性系、固定杂种优势发及与基因工程相结合等方面具有广阔的应用前景。到目前为止,已经发展有4种系统利用体细胞胚(体胚)制作人工种子:1.流质播种系统(fluid drilling system,Drew,1979);2.海藻酸钠凝胶包裹体胚(Redenbaugh et al.,1984,1986);3.体胚干化处理
