他汀类药物预防缺血性卒中及其机制的研究进展

摘要
他汀类药物是目前已知作用最强的降胆固醇药。研究表明,他汀类药物可明显降低缺血性卒中的发病率,对缺血性卒中具有二级预防作用。文章对他汀类药物的作用特点、机制和研究现状进行了综述。
