生物反馈在卒中康复中的应用

摘要
近年来,利用生物反馈技术加强卒中康复的治疗发展迅速。研究发现,生物反馈技术促进卒中康复的机制基本上有本体感觉替代学说、旁路学说和改善运动单位的募集模式等几种学说。大量的临床研究表明,生物反馈对卒中的康复治疗,从促进单块肌肉功能的恢复(如麻痹肌的兴奋、过度紧张肌的抑制、肌力增强和运动的灵巧性等)到肢体和器官水平的功能恢复(足下垂、肩关节半脱位和手功能减弱等)以及整体功能的康复(站立、行走和日常生活能力)都有明显的作用。
