急性卒中的营养支持

摘要
急性卒中患者由于进食障碍和能量消耗增加,常存在营养不良。通过测量有关躯体营养参数和监测实验室指标,可以早期发现营养不良。营养不良使患者住院时间延长,病死率增加,因此,应早期积极开展营养支持治疗。文章具体介绍了常用的营养支持方法,提出了营养支持的时机和途径,并对预后影响等方面还存在的问题进行了分析。
