摘要：

呼出气冷凝液检测技术是近年发展起来的一项新兴检测手段,通过对呼出气冷凝液中的生化标记物的检测,来评价气道炎症或氧化应激水平。近年来国外对其研究进展很快,临床应用得到了很大发展,主要由于其具有无创、方便、可重复性等特点。目前呼出气冷凝液检测在慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘、急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征、肺癌、间质性肺疾病、肺囊性纤维化、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、肺结核等多种呼吸系统疾病的诊断、监测、疗效评价及预后判断中均有报道,本文把国内外相关研究的最新进展作一综述。
