滑膜成纤维细胞在类风湿性关节炎中的作用

摘要
类风湿性关节炎是一种慢性自身免疫疾病,其发病机制尚未完全清楚。该疾病的特征之一是滑膜组织的增生,增生的滑膜组织能够介导免疫反应,并造成了组织破坏。近年来越来越多的研究表明,在类风湿性关节炎疾病中,活化的滑膜成纤维细胞过度增殖,并在炎症反应、自身免疫和关节破坏中均起重要的作用。现对近年来对于滑膜成纤维细胞在类风湿性关节炎疾病发生发展过程中重要作用的研究进展进行总结和讨论。
