摘要：

越来越多的证据表明维生素D和钙在2型糖尿病的发病过程中发挥重要作用;联合补充维生素D和钙可预防2型糖尿病的发生,且对2型糖尿病高危人群如糖耐量异常者的作用尤为明显。本文综述了维生素D和钙的营养状况与2型糖尿病之间的关系、补充维生素D和钙对糖代谢的影响以及预防作用的可能机制。
