摘要：

流行性感冒(简称流感)常引起地方性甚至全球性流行,是疾患和死亡的一个主要原因。每年全球约有300-500万人口感染流感样疾病,因流感致死的人数也在25万-50万之间。目前预防流感的安全且有效的方法主要是接种流感疫苗。近年来国内外的研究成果使流感疫苗不仅在预防效果上有了较大提高,也显著降低了流感样疾病(ILI)社会支付费用成本。
