肠造口的建造和关闭虽非大手术,但需由有经验的外科医师细心操作,和良好的手术前后的处理,否则将会发生各种并发症,如造口部位不当、回缩、脱垂、造口周围疝、狭窄及肠梗阻等。本文详细叙述了当前对如何预防和治疗这些并发症的见解。
