摘要：

登革病毒的主要传播媒介为埃及伊蚊和白纹伊蚊。尽管国内外很多学者对媒介伊蚊及其传播登革病毒的机制进行了长期的研究,但有些机制尚不甚明了。本文就近年有关伊蚊对登革病毒垂直与水平传播的研究进展进行了综述。
