明确了信息过滤系统与相关系统的区别,设计了一个框架,根据多种标准对信息过滤系统进行分类;阐述了相关的过滤方法;描述了信息过滤系统的重要概念和用于实现的技术;讨论信息过滤系统的评估方法及其局限性。最后,文章对信息过滤系统发展方向进行了展望。
