热休克蛋白对中枢神经的保护作用

摘要
热休克蛋白(HSP)是细胞在应激条件下产生的一类蛋白质,它与细胞的许多病理及生理过程密切相关,近年来研究表明HSP在中枢神经系统中并不是传统上认为的参与神经损伤,相反具有神经保护作用。热休克蛋白家族中几种主要的HSP都具有中枢神经保护作用,而每种HSP的保护作用都具有各自的特异性。由于HSP的中枢神经保护作用,其临床应用前景也成为人们关注的焦点。
