糖尿病高凝状态的发生机制及治疗进展

摘要：

糖尿病患者往往存在高凝状态,包括凝血因子增加、抗凝血酶Ⅲ减少及活性降低所致的内源性凝血系统活化;血小板膜流动性降低、更新加快、活性增高;血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1水平升高所致的纤溶活性降低。通过控制血糖和针对凝血因子、血小板及纤溶异常的治疗可以改善糖尿病患者的高凝状态,从而降低血栓性疾病的发生率。
