摘要：

若干研究表明 ,引起骨质疏松患者骨折的危险因素除骨量外 ,骨质量与骨折发生关系更加密切 ;骨质量与骨微细结构、有机基质、矿物成分、微小损伤有关 ,并受骨重建和遗传因素影响 ;骨质量概念的提出在骨质疏松的治疗目标、诊断和疗效评价中将发挥更重要的作用
