农杆菌转化的植物细胞的若干特性

摘要
根癌农杆菌的质粒基因组中T-DNA在宿主细胞中的表达导致转化细胞具有以下特性:激素自主性生长、冠瘿碱合成、器官发生异常、特殊糖类的利用以及对某些氨基酸和碱基类似物具抗性等。深入揭示和认识这些特性有利于探讨外源基因在受体细胞中的表达与调控。
