摘要
泛素羧基末端水解酶-1(UCH-L1),又名蛋白基因产物9.5,是泛素-蛋白酶体系统中的重要成员,它除了去泛素化作用外,还具有泛素连接酶和稳定细胞内泛素单体的功能。UCH-L1通过泛素相关途径调节细胞的增生、分化和凋亡,并可能参与与之相关的神经退行性疾病、肿瘤等的发生发展过程。最近UCH-L1的特异性底物的发现为探讨其作用的具体机制开辟了新的途径。
