摘要
胰岛素是人体胰岛分泌的重要激素,不仅参与能量代谢的调节,对神经细胞还具有营养支持和抗凋亡的作用。胰岛素与中枢的学习和记忆功能密切相关,胰岛素-胰岛素受体信号通路的功能异常、胰岛素抵抗和(或)胰岛素缺乏导致的认知损害可能参与脑老化、Alzheimer病和糖尿病脑病的病理过程。
