白介素6是一种具有广泛生物学活性的多功能细胞因子,对维持机体生理平衡具有十分重要的作用,其合成和分泌的异常与多种疾病有关。本文概述其近年研究情况及其在呼吸系统疾病中的变化和临床意义。
