摘要
高等植物蔗糖代谢关键酶主要有转化酶、蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶。本文就这些酶基因的克隆、转录及表达,相关基因的遗传转化及分子遗传学特性作了综述,并对需进一步研究的问题进行了讨论。
