植物自交不亲和分子机理研究的一些进展

摘要
综述了植物孢子体自交不亲和(SSI)与配子体不亲和(GSI)分子机理研究的一些进展。SLG和SRK基因编码的SLG和SRK蛋白在SSI中起着关键作用,而S基因编码的S蛋白(RNase)在GSI中起着重要作用。禾本科植物的GSI是受双位点S和Z基因控制的,文中也作了简要介绍。
