摘要：

催乳素 (PRL)是一种具有免疫刺激作用的激素。近年来的研究表明 ,免疫细胞可以表达PRL受体 ,PRL对免疫细胞的功能具有重要的影响 ,并与许多免疫相关疾病的发生、发展有密切关系。此外PRL不仅可以由垂体产生、释放 ,而且还可以由免疫细胞本身合成、分泌。
