摘要
ECM除支持组织细胞外 ,还有着复杂的信号转导和功能调节等作用 ,多种因子介导的细胞增殖能促进ECM产生增多 ;脯肽酶、丝氨酸蛋白酶、半胱氨酸蛋白酶、天冬酰胺蛋白酶、糖苷酶、基质金属蛋白酶 (MMPs)等六大酶系参与ECM的降解 ,其中以MMPs最为重要。金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子 (TIMPs)是MMPs的特异性抑制因子 ,能调节MMPs的活性。MMPs/TIMPs的表达受多种生长因子和细胞因子的调节 ,MMPs/TIMPs对细胞增殖也有反作用。
