摘要
血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是有效的血管形成因子和血管渗透因子,它在血管生成及血管通透性改变的过程中起到中心调控作用。它的基因表达受到多种机制的调控,在女性生殖领域,它不仅在维持卵巢的正常功能方面起到重要作用,而且与辅助生殖过程激素的变化、卵子的发育与成熟、妊娠及并发症的发生密切相关。
