摘要：

糖尿病是一种慢性代谢紊乱疾病,可靠的动物模型是研究糖尿病发生机制及新的干预措施的重要手段。建立动物模型的过程中,小鼠较其它动物具有无可比拟的优越性。本文就建立糖尿病模型常用的近交系小鼠、基因发生自发突变的小鼠、基因敲除或转基因小鼠作一综述。
