摘要：

蛋白激酶C(PKC)是细胞活化包括肿瘤细胞转化的重要信号分子 ,也是介导肿瘤细胞粘附、侵袭及转移的关键因素。PKC对肿瘤细胞分泌基质金属蛋白酶 (MMPs)、细胞粘附和运动、血管形成及细胞骨架等方面具有重要的调控作用。
