腰椎间盘MRI高信号区意义和作用的研究进展

摘要
腰椎间盘高信号区(high intensity zone,HIZ)是腰椎MRI上一种常见的现象。近年来HIZ使越来越多的脊柱外科医师对之感兴趣并做了很多相关研究,但其病理特点和临床意义目前尚无定论。HIZ在临床诊断下腰痛、责任椎定位的作用以及与椎间盘造影结果之间的相关性还存在一些争议。本文对HIZ的发现、定义、病理特点、组织学变化,其在诊断下腰痛中所起的作用和意义,以及其研究进展和前景做一综述。
