摘要：

人类腺病毒共有6个亚属,49个血清型;可引起众多组织、细胞的急慢性感染和隐伏感染。其E1A、E1B成分可诱导细胞癌变,抑制细胞凋亡。皮肤的很多病变与腺病毒有关,许多证据表明其急慢性感染和隐伏感染可能是银屑病等自身免疫性疾病的病毒灶或激发点,对腺病毒的研究将为银屑病病因学的研究提供证据。
