摘要：

瘢痕会给患儿带来容貌和功能损伤,并可能产生一系列并发症,包括多毛症、汗腺分泌障碍、疼痛、瘙痒、感觉迟钝等,亦可能影响受累部位的发育。目前,治疗瘢痕的方法很多,但尚无针对儿童的特异性治疗方法。但是,一些新的治疗方法可能使瘢痕患儿得到更好地治疗,如瘢痕综合疗法、自体脂肪移植、剥脱性点阵激光等。我们对目前比较前沿的与儿童相关的瘢痕治疗策略进行综述。
