摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞(Bone mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)具有多向分化潜能,低免疫原性,同种异体移植后能够调节机体免疫,因此逐渐成为再生医学和免疫学研究的热点。同种异体BMSCs(Allogeneic,allo-BMSCs)在再生医学、组织工程和免疫调节等方面的应用研究显示出了广阔的发展前景,但在进入临床应用前还有很多问题需要解决。本文就骨髓间充质干细胞的免疫学特性及其同种异体的应用研究进展进行综述。
