摘要：

肥胖是原发性高血压的第一危险因素。肥胖性高血压发病率与日俱增,已经成为一个不容忽视的全球性问题,但其机制尚未完全阐明。本文复习了近年来的相关文献,着重从低血清脂联素、瘦素及瘦素抵抗、胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗、肾素-血管紧张素系统激活4个方面阐述了肥胖性高血压的发生、发展机制。
