摘要：

卡泊芬净是首个被美国食品与药品管理局批准用于临床的棘球白素B类药物,是一种β-(1, 3) -葡聚糖合成酶的非竞争性抑制剂,可影响真菌细胞壁的合成,从而具有抗真菌的活性。综述卡泊芬净的作用机制及临床应用。
