摘要：

社交媒体为突发灾害事件的传播提供了更快捷更多样的方式,导致突发灾害事件舆情管控的难度加大,公众的恐慌情绪和不良反应可能造成二次伤害。运用全面数据分析法,以新浪微博数据为主要样本,对6·23盐城龙卷风袭击事件的网络舆情传播进行实证研究。结果显示:网络舆情传播具有信息老化、官方传媒信息掌控力更强、舆论引导者舆情传播动力机制不同、舆情传播内容选择多样化等特征。因此,针对在线舆情现状,过去提出的舆情管控措施有待改进和完善。
