摘要：

<正>代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome,MS）是一组症候群,是以糖代谢异常（糖尿病或糖调节受损）、高血压、血脂异常、中心性肥胖等多种主要疾病或危险因素在个体聚集为特征。随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,生活方式不断改变和人口老龄化进程不断加快,MS患病率急剧升高已成为一种新的慢性病和公共卫生问题。据国际糖尿病联盟（IDF）2005年估计,全球约1/4人口患MS,初步统计我国患病率已达16%30%[1,2]。近
