摘要：

<正>幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)是定植于胃黏膜表面与黏膜之间的革兰氏阴性杆菌,为微需氧菌,临床上将HP菌株大体分为两类:Ⅰ类,高毒力株,含有细胞毒素相关基因A(CagA),表达CagA蛋白和空泡毒素(VacA)蛋白;Ⅱ类,低毒力株,含vacA基因,但不表达CagA蛋白和VacA蛋白。
