摘要：

环氧合酶 2 (COX 2 )为一种诱导酶 ,在正常组织中很少表达 ,当细胞受到炎症等刺激时可高表达。COX 2的高表达除参与炎症、疼痛的调节外 ,还与肿瘤、老年性痴呆等疾病密切相关 ,同时 ,COX 2也与某些组织的正常生理功能有关。
