摘要：

细胞外基质包括胶原蛋白、弹力纤维、非胶原糖蛋白、糖胺多糖和蛋白聚糖、与基质代谢相关的酶及细胞因子等主要成分。本文重点介绍基质金属蛋白酶（ＭＭＰ１～１５）及其抑制剂（ＴＩＭＰ１～４）、Ⅰ～ⅩⅨ型胶原蛋白、部分非胶原糖蛋白（腱蛋白、血栓粘合素、ＳＰＡＲＣ、骨桥素、波浪状蛋白）以及基底膜这一特化了的基质的结构特征、主要组成（如Ａｇｒｉｎ）和功能。
