摘要：

20世纪后期,由于外部环境的要求和自身运行结构的需要,一些大学转型成为创业型大学。创业型大学的重要特征是学术的创业化和知识的资本化。知识经济、高等教育大众化、政府投资下降、工业的期待、科技开发结构的变化等是创业型大学崛起的重要促进因素。
