低剂量共轭雌激素的激素替代疗法

摘要：

低剂量共轭雌激素替代疗法不仅可以改善更年期症状和泌尿生殖道萎缩,防治骨质疏松,而且对血脂和凝血-纤溶系统的调节优于常规剂量,降低阴道出血率,减少对子宫内膜的生长刺激,降低内膜增生过长和内膜癌的危险性,也减少其他常规剂量的副反应,增加长期用药的顺应性,是一种值得提倡的激素替代治疗法。
