摘要
从金属-淀粉样β肽(Amyloid-β peptide,Aβ)相互作用的角度评述了锌、铜等金属离子诱导Aβ聚集、催化产生活性氧物种,以及与Aβ的类离子通道结构相互作用等的分子机理,并简要介绍了基于这一机理的治疗药物研究.阿尔茨海默症(AD)分子机理研究的迅猛进展,使人们看到了最终制服AD的一线曙光.
