<正>自主神经系统(ANS)对心律失常的发生、维持以及症状的产生都具有重要作用,因而越来越受到临床医生的重视。自主神经系统与心律失常密切相关的主要依据有:实验与临床研究表明,虽然许多心律失常的折返机制有其解剖基础,但大多数的快速心律失常(以及一些缓慢性心律失常)发作通常是阵发性的,表明在心律失常的发生中有一个或者多个因素起着关键性或者辅助性作用,而自主神经系
