溃疡性结肠炎癌变机制及预防的研究进展

摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎是一种难治性、易复发、有癌变倾向的炎症性肠病。结直肠癌一直是溃疡性结肠炎患者最为担忧的远期并发症。但是,溃疡性结肠炎的癌变机制尚不清楚,临床上也缺乏有效的监测及预防。本文将溃疡性结肠炎相关性结直肠癌的流行病学特点、危险因素、发病机制以及预防措施作一综述。
