共享经济背景下的社会化共创——以Airbnb为例

摘要
随着移动互联网和本地服务业的发展,共享经济以其独有特点颠覆着传统的价值共创模式。在对现有价值共创理论回顾的基础上,从共享经济的角度出发,引入社会化、共享化内涵,结合实例,提出了"社会化共创"的概念,并以Airbnb为例,总结了社会化共创过程。结果表明,与传统的价值共创活动相比,社会化共创需要企业作为平台,用户与用户直接进行水平互动,创造出资本价值、关系价值。
