摘要：

阴道pH值与阴道微环境的变化密切相关,当体内雌激素水平或阴道菌丛发生改变,而导致阴道微环境改变时,阴道pH值也会发生相应的变化。在对细菌性阴道病及绝经期症候群进行研究时,经常利用其作为观测指标,以便通过阴道微生态环境的变化了解疾病的结局及治疗效果。某些流行病学因素对其也有一定影响。
