摘要
胰岛素抵抗与肥胖、氧化应激、细胞内相关分子和细胞器的功能缺陷及微量元素缺乏密切相关,被认为是引发2型糖尿病的始发因素。本文就胰岛素抵抗的主要原因及机制进行综述,为避免或延缓糖尿病的发生发展及并发症的出现提供了重要的科学依据。
