特异性COX-2抑制药的临床应用及其前景

摘要：

特异性环氧化酶-2(COX-2)抑制药为一组新的非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs),此类药能阻止前列腺素合成,但不阻止由COX-1激活的前列腺素类物质的合成。COX-2抑制药能迅速提供镇痛,对骨关节炎和类风湿性关节炎的抗炎镇痛效应相当于非特异性NSAIDs的标准剂量,而其胃肠道副作用较低,其他不良反应与非特异性NSAIDs相似。
