<正>随着社会的发展、环境因素的影响与压力的不断增加,不孕症发生率也呈持续上升趋势,据WHO报告,世界范围内不孕症的发生率已达10%～20%,我国尚没有大规模的调查资料。体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization embryo transfer,IVF-ET)已成为临床治疗不孕症的主要手段,然而疗效并未达到预期的理想值。在IVF-ET中,控制性超促排卵是治疗成功的关键步骤,而控制性超促排卵的成功与否很大程度上取决于卵巢反应性。卵巢反应性是
