摘要
脑缺血耐受的实验研究发现,诱导热休克蛋白70家族(HSP70)的表达增加可能是内源性脑保护机制之一。HSP70包括两种蛋白:Hsp70(诱导型)和Hsc70(结构型)。本文就这两种蛋白的功能、表达的调节及在不同应激反应中表达的相关性作一综述。
